Samantha is a skilled barista with over 24 years of experience in the F&B industry. She has worked in the coffee industry for many years since 2010, working with roasters, café owners and baristas, gaining a deep understanding of coffee and café culture. With extensive experience in customer service and café operations, she has been a senior barista for over 10 years and has spent 12 years training others in barista skills and operations management. Samantha has also successfully restructured a café, turning it from loss-making to profitable in just six months.
